You do not need to know the model number. You do not need to write perfect English. A photo and a quantity is enough to start.

How It Works

1. Send us what you have. A photo of the cartridge next to a ruler is ideal. A drawing, the old part number, or the housing model number all work too.
2. We measure and identify. Our engineers read the length, outside and inside diameter, end cap type and media from your photo or drawing.
3. We tell you the match. Either "this is our standard JZ-xxx cartridge, here is the price" or "this is not standard, here is a custom drawing for your approval".
4. You test a sample. Free sample before you commit. If it does not seat in your housing, we adjust and send another — at our cost.

What to Measure (If You Want to Be Precise)

A photo is usually enough, but if you want to give us the numbers up front, these five measurements identify almost any cartridge:

Also useful if you have them: the old part number, the housing model, the feed water source, and the flow rate you run at. Any of these shortens the matching process.

Why We Offer This Free

Because a large share of the cartridges in service worldwide are unbranded, unbranded-in-practice, or so old the part number is unreadable. Buyers in that position either overpay a local distributor or give up. We would rather spend an engineer's hour identifying your cartridge than have you guess and order the wrong thing.

We manufacture at our own factory in Zhengzhou, China. That means custom lengths, non-standard end caps and private-label packaging are all possible — and the price you are quoted is the factory price, not a distributor's.

I don't know the model number of my cartridge. Can you still help?

Yes — that is exactly what this service is for. Send a photo of the cartridge next to a ruler, or a drawing, and our engineers will identify the dimensions, end cap configuration and media type, then match it against what we manufacture. Most cartridges are identified from a photo within one working day.

What should I measure on my existing cartridge?

Five things: overall length, outer diameter, inner diameter, the end cap type (flat/DOE, or 222/226 with a locating fin), and the micron rating if it is printed on the body. If you have the old part number or the housing model, send that too — it often saves a measurement round.

Is there a minimum order for a matched cartridge?

No minimum for the matching service itself, and it is free. If we produce a custom cartridge for you the minimum order is 100 pieces per model. If your requirement matches one of our standard cartridges, there is no custom tooling and the minimum is the same 100 pieces.

Do you supply samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Free samples — you cover the courier cost. Test the sample in your own housing before committing to a container order. If it does not fit, we adjust and send another.

Can you match cartridges from other manufacturers?

We can match the physical and filtration specification — dimensions, end caps, media and micron rating — so the cartridge fits and performs in the same duty. We supply independent equivalent cartridges, not branded or OEM parts, and we do not claim affiliation with any other manufacturer.

How long does the whole process take?

Matching usually takes one working day from a clear photo or drawing. If it is a standard cartridge we quote the same day; if it needs a custom length or end cap, we confirm the drawing within 2-3 days. Production runs 7-15 days after deposit, then shipping.
