If you distribute or specify water filter cartridges, the margin is usually decided by what you buy rather than what you sell. Buying from a trading company adds a layer between you and the machine; buying OEM from the factory removes it, and puts your own brand on the carton.

We manufacture at our own facility in Zhengzhou, China — approximately 10,000 m² of production space, 15 automated production lines and an in-house quality laboratory with batch testing. OEM and ODM work is what that capacity is set up for.

How an OEM Order Runs

1. Specification. You send a drawing, a sample or the specification you want. If you only have a photo of an existing cartridge, our matching service will identify it first.
2. Sample. We produce a sample to the agreed specification and ship it to you — free, you cover the courier.
3. Approval. You test it in your own housing and on your own feed water, then sign off.
4. Production. 7-15 days after deposit, with each batch tested in our own laboratory before it is packed.
5. Branding and shipping. Your label and carton, then sea, air or express freight to your port.

Minimum Order, Samples and Timing

Minimum order is 100 pieces per model for a first order — low enough to test a market without committing a container. Free samples are available; you cover the courier. Production runs 7-15 days after the deposit is confirmed, and sea freight to Africa, the Middle East or Southeast Asia takes a further 20-35 days depending on the port.

Materials are ISO 9001 certified, the media is FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 compliant on request, and NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 documentation is available for the drinking-water grades. If you are supplying a tender or a regulated market, tell us the destination and we will provide the paperwork that applies to it.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM for filter cartridges?

OEM means we manufacture a cartridge to your specification and it carries your brand. ODM means you take a cartridge we have already developed and we adapt the branding, packaging or a detail of the specification to suit your market. Both are available; OEM takes longer because there is a drawing to approve first.

What can be customised on a filter cartridge?

Length, outer and inner diameter, micron rating, end cap configuration (DOE, SOE-222, SOE-226, SOE-120), core material (PP or SS304), O-ring material (silicone, EPDM, NBR, Viton), media type, and the packaging and labelling. If it is a physical attribute of the cartridge, it is usually adjustable.

What is the minimum order for OEM production?

100 pieces per model for a first order, which lets you test the market before committing to a container. Custom tooling, where required, is quoted separately and depends on what has to change.

Do you produce private-label packaging?

Yes - printed cartons, printed cartridge labels, and instruction sheets in your language. Send us your artwork and we will confirm the minimum quantity and the production lead time.

Can you match a competitor's cartridge specification?

We can match the physical and filtration specification so the cartridge fits and performs in the same duty, and we supply it as an independent equivalent. We do not supply branded or OEM parts and we do not claim any affiliation with another manufacturer.

How long does OEM production take?

Standard production runs 7-15 days after the deposit is confirmed. If a new drawing has to be approved, add 2-3 days for the sample and sign-off. Sea freight to Africa, the Middle East or Southeast Asia then runs 20-35 days depending on the port.

Can I get samples before committing to a bulk order?

Yes. Free samples, you cover the courier cost. Test the sample in your own housing and on your own feed water before placing the container order - if something is wrong it is much cheaper to fix at that stage.
